If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us first.
As a general practice clinic, we do our best to assist in urgent situations; however, we are not always able to accept walk-in emergencies. On some days, our veterinarians may be in surgery or unavailable to attend to an emergency case immediately.
By calling ahead, our team can:
- Assess the urgency of your pet’s condition
- Advise whether we are able to see your pet straight away
- Direct you to the most appropriate care option if we are unavailable
If your pet requires immediate attention and we are unable to assist, we will help guide you to a nearby emergency or after-hours veterinary hospital.
